No can do! The liability waiver is a legal document and must only be signed by the legal guardian or parent of any participant 17 years or younger (Aunt, Uncle, Grandma, or Grandpa are not legal guardians – they are just the “cool” caretakers!) All participants 18+ years must sign their own. But we make this easy for you – our waivers are digital and can be signed on any device. The link is in your booking or on our website but just to make it extra easy, you can access the link here!

There are no age restrictions, however we do have height and weight restrictions. All participants are weighed and height checked (if required) at check-in. We are firm with our restrictions, and it is for the safety of both you and our Guides.
- Zipline Guided Tour: weight restrictions 50–270 lbs. Maximum height 6’11”
- Aerial Obstacle Course: weight maximum 270lbs. Height restriction – must be able to reach the safety cables at 5’11” high, participants that can reach 5’6” need 2 participants to assist that can fully reach 5’11”.
- Monkey Park: no restrictions
-
Wear comfortable, athletic clothing, closed-toe shoes (no flip-flops, crocks, open-toed sandals, or heeled shoes). You will be in the forest and up in the trees, so it is possible to get a bit of tree sap on you – don’t wear your favorite clothes! Eye-wear is okay, but no hats.
-
You should only bring what you can carry securely. We ask that you leave all your belongings in your vehicle, and we can keep your car keys in our secure lock box. We sell cell phone holders so you can take your photos. Water is provided on course so no need to bring a water bottle. Bring sunblock and/or bug spray.
-
Yes! We have an automatic photo system that takes photos of you and your friends on both the Zipline Guided Tour and the Aerial Obstacle Park. When you are finished with your activity, come on back to Guest Services and check them out! We welcome you to take your phone along with you to take your own candid shots – it just must be secured in a zip pocket, or you can purchase our cell phone holders. And we ask only one more thing . . . share your photos with us! We love to see our happy customers on our social pages.

We provide you with top of the line safety gear for your adventures.
- The Zipline Guided Tour uses Robertson freestyle full-body harnesses so you can go upside down, sit upright, or somewhere in-between.
- Our Aerial Obstacle Park uses Edelrid Smart Belay full-body harnesses. There are two “smart” connection points so when one is open and unconnected to the safety cable, the other is unable to be disconnected, ensuring that you are clipped in at all times.
- The Monkey Play Park is fully netted, so no safety gear is required. But we think that what is between your child’s ears is pretty important! We have helmets available for them, or they can bring their own bicycle helmet to wear instead.
-
We just start singing! All kidding aside, we are an outdoor activity and sometimes Mother Nature doesn’t always keep the sun on our side. But the helmets keep your head dry, and often you are under the tree canopy and/or covered towers. Wear weather appropriate clothing and you are good to go. The upside is that the rain makes the ziplines go faster!

Our cancellation policy is 48 hours from the time of your scheduled tour. We understand that life happens, but once within this time frame, we will do what we can to reschedule your tour, but can no longer refund your money.
If you are late for your tour, we will get you on it as quickly as possible, but will not reschedule or refund you. We ask that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your tour start time to give you that little cushion for any unexpected delays. We have a 5-minute policy: the tour will only be held for 5 minutes after its scheduled launch time, but out of respect for the other participants we will not wait longer. If you arrive late, we will join you up with your group as quickly as we can.
When booking, you are required to acknowledge our weight and height restrictions. We understand that weight can be a bit of a sensitive topic. If you are booking for a group and a participant does not meet the requirements, we can refund for that person only. The remainder of the group will not receive a cancellation with refund or reschedule option as we can now no longer fill those spaces.
Our tag line “Where limits are challenged, and fears overcome!” is our way to empower our customers. If you are extremely afraid of heights, this may not be for you, however if you want to challenge your limits we are here to help. Our Guides are amazing people who will encourage you throughout your adventure. But we will never force anyone to continue if it is just too much. If a participant cannot get across the first rope bridge or off the first zipline, we can bring you back down. A full refund will be given to that participant. However, if you decide to quit after completing 2 or more lines, we can bring you down, but without a refund.
If we have to cancel due to severe weather conditions, we will offer you a refund according to your progress on the tour. Most times we just hold tight, the weather passes, and we carry on. There is a saying in the Okanagan: If you don’t like the weather, wait 10 minutes!
